Where will you live in the fall: At home in the big EC....mmm home cooked meals :)

What activities/organizations are you involved in: I completed my service learning at the Eau Claire Children’s Museum, I am a Campus Ambassador and I’m a member of the Criminal Justice Association.

Best place to study: In the back of the Davies Center (our lower campus student union).

Best place to eat in Eau Claire: Oh this is a tough one… probably Cancun or El Patio.

Favorite thing to do when you get free time: Just to relax. When it’s nice out, I love to be outside. During the winter, I like going to dinner and a movie.

Favorite activity/place off-campus: I like biking and Eau Claire has some pretty great bike trails. There is even one that runs right through campus!

Favorite activity/place on-campus: The planetarium is a pretty sweet place to check out.

Best class so far: This one is tough because there are a lot of general education classes I have taken that I have enjoyed. Probably Physics 115 (Survey of Astronomy) and Theatre 101 (Theatre Appreciation) just because I didn’t know much about these topics and it was interesting to learn more about them.

Best professor: Dr. Patchin. He really makes you think about your ideas/thoughts and makes sure you can back it up with evidence. Dr. Patchin tries to get you to integrate the material so you understand it, not just so you memorize it.

Best reason to stay up until 2a.m.: I wouldn’t know, I’m in bed by 10 p.m. :)

Why did you pick UWEC: It has a great Criminal Justice program, it is a beautiful school, and it is home to me.

Best advice for getting the most out of college:  Get involved; take advantage of all of the opportunities that arise. Get internships early, study abroad if you want, but the world is in your hands!

Best memory/experience in college so far: Becoming a Career Associate and finding out I was nominated and selected as a Campus Ambassador.

Any last random thoughts: We have a planetarium, a bird museum, a telescope and a green house, be sure to check them out!
