Purpose of the Organization

Public school with diverse population of approximately 400 students enrolled, grades K–5.

Volunteer Opportunities Available

> Teaching an after-school enrichment class in whatever your interest or passion is.
Some classes we have offered include foreign languages, science, cooking, drama, yoga and basketball. Typically classes meet once a week from 3:15– 4:15 p.m. for 6–8 weeks. Most supplies are taken care of and a snack is given to students.
> Library Helpers — Shelving books.
> Assisting teachers in classrooms working with a student or small group of students in reading or math.

All volunteers working with children must complete a background check and sign a volunteer agreement. The background check is free of charge.
