Purpose of the Organization

Community-based residential facility that provides a supportive environment for older persons who need assistance with daily living tasks.

Volunteer Opportunities Available

Volunteers with sociable pets to come in and visit with residents once a week. Volunteers needed to guide devotions Tuesday, Thursday or Friday mornings. Volunteers needed to assist with resident craft projects. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and agree to abide by all policies and rules set forth by Grace Lutheran Foundation for its volunteers. Student volunteer groups are also welcome. Prior to volunteering, all adults must submit to a criminal background check. Volunteers attend a program orientation and tour. Volunteer schedules are flexible, with day, evening and weekend hours available.
