Renew Your Org

STUDENT ORGANIZATION ANNUAL RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS

 

1.) Update your organization's profile on BluSync Engage between September 1st-October 15th.  An administrator within your organization's page must update all pertinent information within your profile such as current officers, an updated constitution form, meeting information, advisor consent form, and more.

2.) Your Organization Advisor must complete the Advisor Consent Form. This form is automatically emailed to your advisor when you update your profile.

3.) Send at least one officer to the Student Organization Conference - Kaleidoscope - scheduled for Thursday, September 21st, 4:30pm - 8:30 p.m., Ojibwe Ballroom, Davies Center. Registration information will be sent out the first week of classes. One officer must be in attendance, although multiple members are encouraged and welcome.

*Once your information is complete, don't forget to hit the SUBMIT button or your renewal request will not be received*
