Organizations
Located in Davies Center 132, the Student Organizations Complex is home to the more than 250 student organizations at UW-Eau Claire. It is also home to the Student Senate,
the primary vehicle for involvement of students in university governance.
The Student Organizations Complex provides workspace, organization mailboxes, lockers, meeting rooms, computer access and staff support. Another resource is Complex Thoughts, a set of online publications created to help student organizations and advisors develop new skills and build on their existing skills.
A workshop located directly across the hall from the complex provides a workspace for creative projects. Supplies available for organization use include banner paper, construction paper, paints, markers, sidewalk chalk, crayons and stencils. Student organizations are welcome to use these materials at any time for organization purposes.
Each semester the Student Organizations Complex presents the Blugold Organizations Bash, a member recruitment fair that helps students find the campus organizations that will give them the best opportunities for friendship, involvement, leadership and job-related experience.
