- Unclassified Staff Equity Adjustment Application - Each year a percentage of the pay plan dollars is set aside to address equality. An unclassified employee and/or employee's supervisor, recognizing the need for equity dollars completes the appropriate sections of this application and forward to the next level of administration.

- May 10, 2013: Finalized materials due to the Office of the Provost
