Employee Assistance Program (EAP):

The UW-Eau Claire Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a workplace service that assists individuals in dealing with personal difficulties that may be affecting career performance and personal success. An individual's participation is free, voluntary, confidential, and not part of his or her personnel records. All EAP files are confidential and kept at UW-Eau Claire Counseling Services. Most individuals are self-referred however, a supervisor or administrator can make a referral if work performance is below standards. All UW-Eau Claire Staff, Faculty, and their family members are eligible to utilize the program.

EAP services include: individual and group counseling, assessment, referrals, follow-up, consultation, and outreach. EAP services are located at Counseling Services in Old Library 2122.
