Joining a professional organization during your college career and beyond is the key is to keeping in touch with your IT peers!
AITP has done some restructuring to meet the demands and needs of the IT industry. We have extended the oppertunity for membership beyond the local chapter of AITP to the national branch of the Association of Information Professionals (AITP). Joining the National chapter of AITP is voluntary. The cost to joining AITP is as follows: $35/year or $20/semester. If you would like to join the National Chapter of AITP in addition to the local, the cost is an additional $35/year. There are many benefits in joining the National chapter.
