Welcome!

Congrats to the UW-Eau Claire Forensics Team!
7th place in the nation at the NFA National Tournament!

7th place in the nation feels so good! The NFA team, the team trophy, and the coaching staff

The 2011-2012 season has gained a lot of attention for the team. The UWEC Forensics Team placed 5th at the 2011 L.E. Norton held at Bradley University; a nation-wide tournament, and 5th at the Hell Froze Over tournament in Austin, Texas. Along with this amazing success, the team has placed top three consecutively at many tournaments so far this season. The season is now complete, and the UWEC Forensics team attended both national tournaments, AFA-NIET, where the team placed 14th in the nation, and NFA, where the team placed 7th in the nation.

The team meets every Monday night in room HHH 231 at 5pm. If you are interested in joining, or just learning about the dynamics of the UW-Eau Claire's Forensics program, stop by at one of the meetings or contact the Director of Forensics, Karen Morris at the email listed below.

The UW - Eau Claire's Forensics team is a collegiate speech team which competes throughout the year at 11 different tournaments across the country. There are a total of 11 different events in which students participate in, including limited prep, public address, and interpretation events.

Additionally, the UW-Eau Claire's Forensics team is one of the only programs in the country that have attended both of the national tournaments throughout their existence. The team attended the first ever AFA-NIET and has annually since. Additionally, the team has attended the NFA national tournament since it's second year. The program has a long history and legacy that exists as the team's foundation, which is built upon every year by each new team and new talent.
